This is Felix & Malin's wedding site. It collects only what is needed to plan the wedding — nothing else, and never for any other purpose.

Who is responsible

Felix & Malin are the data controllers. The site is built and run by their toastmaster. Contact details: [to be confirmed and published before the forms open for real].

What we collect

• RSVP replies: name, email/phone (optional), who in your party is coming, adult/child, dietary needs per person, accommodation choice, song requests and messages.
• Speech and anecdote sign-ups: name, contact details, your relation to the couple and what you write. These are secret from Felix & Malin — only the toastmaster sees them.
• Cookies: a single functional cookie storing your language choice. No tracking or analytics cookies.

Why

To plan the wedding: the guest list, catering (dietary needs go to the kitchen), accommodation and the evening programme. The data is used for nothing else and is never sold or passed on.

Legal basis

This is a private event with a closed guest list — the invitation goes only to invited guests, and you choose whether to fill in the forms at all. What you send is processed only for the wedding planning and is never passed on. Dietary information can reveal health details (e.g. allergies), so it goes only to the catering.

Where the data lives

• The database is hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland).
• The site is hosted by Vercel.
• Confirmation emails are sent via Resend. Note: Resend stores metadata about sent emails (such as recipient address and subject line) in the United States.

For how long

All collected data is deleted no later than three months after the wedding.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — just get in touch and we will sort it out.
